Return Policy

At RIDEO, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Our return policy is in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty Items:

  • If you receive a product that is faulty, not fit for its intended purpose, or not as described, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund.
  • Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
  • Once we confirm the fault, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. We will cover all associated return shipping costs for faulty items.
  • Depending on the nature of the fault, we will either repair, replace, or refund the item. If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be provided.

 

Change of Mind:

  • If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Please note that return shipping costs for change of mind returns will be borne by the customer.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund, excluding the original shipping costs.
